The photo was taken in October, 2018 and painted in 2019 with watercolor based on a lasting impression of the beautiful foliage of vibrant yellow leaves. This is on a trail unused by hikers, and so the forest is preserved in its most natural state – a portrait of an ancient piece of the Earth.
