Shipping

Original art: Shipping available worldwide, although some packages require a custom shipping quote because of the unusual package size or requiring a wooden crate – please contact me. All shipping for original art is for insured parcel shipping, unless otherwise stated. Some artwork can be rolled & is shipped in a tube, otherwise original art is shipped flat in rigid, waterproof packaging. Some shipping methods do not allow for tracking nor insurance, which means they can be lost! Save a few bucks at your own risk. Lost or damaged uninsured and untracked packages will not be refunded & one-of-a-kind original art cannot be replaced.

If an artwork or product is returned by the shipping company due to incorrect addresses, the buyer will be responsible to pay the cost of reshipping the package again. Refunds are not accepted in this case. Please be accurate in entering your shipping information!

How do I get a shipping estimate?

Simply enter your address completely and the calculator will provide a quote. If it is not working, it’s likely your address is incomplete. This information is not stored anywhere, unless you complete the order.

Why did I get “no shipping available”?

Since shipping artwork is shipping large, flat luxury objects, the shipping for original art is complex. If you live in a remote location or far from Canada, you may require a custom quote for shipping. Karolina ships worldwide and there are flat rates for the majority of prints and original art, however some art is so large it will require special delivery. If that is not the case, it may be a website error.

Refunds

You can receive a refund on original artwork if it is returned in the original packaging and completely undamaged and returned within 30 days. Hey, sometimes we change our mind and that’s okay!

Prints & greeting cards will only be refunded or replaced if damaged or misprinted. No returns otherwise.

Privacy of Your Info

Your personal info is never sold to a third-party. Your banking information is protected by the Payment Gateway (Paypal or Stripe), and never visible to me. Your information is never used for external marketing.

Payment Plans

I know buying original art can be daunting financially, so I added payment plans. Your payments are split into several invoices instead of 1 and paced-out over several months. Please read here for more info on how this works.
