Description
A difficult subject, Karolina look at the dark side of being a patient as a disabled person with chronic illness. She has spent too much time in the hospital system, experiencing medication and surgery. Although medical professionals have transformed her life for the better, the paintings take the direction of medical horror art because she is an artist brave enough to go there 💉 Karolina also likes to think about transhumanism and how our relationship with our body and health continues to change with technology. Medical art features human anatomy, hospital equipment, medical ambience, and moods and emotions of relying on medication.
